Most of the time, when Bambi went to the beach, she went there for more thing. She was the gotta get that tan type of girl, obviously not the cheap spray tans people often used. It completely defied the meaning of tanning. However, when she wasn't tanning (which was rare), she was enjoying the ocean, which few people saw her do, since in her perspective it was a toddler activity. Though that didn't mean she splashed around much, most of the time she just wadded out into the shallow water and felt the waves brush against her legs, which was good enough for her. Bambi had entered the surf shop, mostly to talk to the guy working there in her boredom, she had already relaxed in the sun's rays enough and it was time to do something different. She wasn't much of a flirt though, the biggest reason she didn't have to be. The next thing she knew a boy also in the shop was talking to her, asking about the waves. Bambi wasn't too sure how to answer, she didn't even know people asked questions like that that differentiated waves. She didn't know much about surfing, since she went with her parents as a kid, and obviously, not waves. "What? It... depends, I guess."

If you really knew Bambi well enough, you would soon enough realize she wasn't another hollow headed Barbie doll. Sure she didn't understand California waves and she obviously wasn't determined to, but she was well educated. Most of the time, she actually got pretty good grades in fact, her grades consisted of mostly high Bs and low As. "Thanks. I'm Bambi." she replied sarcastically to his remark. She sighed, wasn't it already obvious she didn't know about waves? "Wind, weather? It's windy today so I guess the waves will be bigger? You have to ask him." She pointed at the guy's turned back.

Bambi wasn't much of the tomboy kind, though she wasn't the girly type either that screamed at the tiniest of things. She sometimes found it annoying when some girls screamed at the sight of each other after they had seen each other the day before to draw in attention to them. It was basically saying to each other Hey do you know how bad you look right now?... very bad. Therefore, there was an equal chance of guessing right if she skateboarded or not. Well the answer is, yes, once or twice. However, that didn't necessarily mean she was good at it, she couldn't even remember the last time she skateboarded. Though she mostly stopped because it wasn't in her interest. "Sure."
